Luxurious escape!

Wow, this place is incredible! The suite was stunning, and the spa felt like a dream. I loved lounging by the infinity pool with lake views. Room service at the pool made it feel even fancier. Only thing is, the restaurant service took a bit long, but honestly, I’d get a drink and chill. Can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely loved the fact that we were just a few steps from Lake Lucerne, allowing for picturesque lakeside walks, and the nearby Rigi Bahnen Ag offered an easy way to explore the surrounding mountains, making it a dream for anyone who enjoys strolls and stunning scenery.

The spa facilities were great, offering a beautiful pool and various saunas. The infinity pool views were lovely! Dining at focus was exquisite, and we loved the fun fondue evening. The attention to detail throughout was impressive!

The Park Hotel in Vitznau offers stunning views of Lake Lucerne. The deluxe junior suite with a mountain view was truly breathtaking. The room had great amenities, including a complimentary minibar and high-tech features. The spa’s architecture provides a calming oasis, and the infinity pool had fantastic views. Staff were genuinely helpful, assisting with luggage and providing hiking tips. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, but I found the dinner to be lacking compared to what I’d expect for a luxury hotel. Service at the restaurant felt a bit disorganized, with wait times for food and drinks longer than anticipated. It was disappointing for such a high-end establishment. Also, the bathroom setup lacked privacy, which was uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel impressed but definitely had some service inconsistencies.

Spacious room, amazing service, the dining experience was exceptional, especially the wagyu A5 sushi dish, and the hotel offers convenient options like valet parking.

The spa experience was outstanding, truly one of the best, and the staff was incredibly helpful, from hiking tips to assisting with our luggage. However, the hotel could benefit from more seating options in the common areas.

stayed for 2 nights in a Junior Suite Lake View. the room had an amazing balcony with breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne and the mountains. the spa was fantastic with an outdoor infinity pool and relaxing massages. breakfast included freshly baked pastries and organic juices. staff were super helpful and made our stay special.

The amazing views from my Junior Suite Lake View were lovely, as I enjoyed the fine panorama of Lake Lucerne and the majestic mountains. The highlight was the spa experience featuring an aquarium wall, creating a tranquil atmosphere that just swept me away. Dining at the Michelin-starred restaurant was a culinary delight. I couldn’t get over the exquisite flavors in each dish!

the park hotel is nothing short of magical! our junior suite offered stunning mountain views, and the spa was an absolute paradise. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when they picked us up from the boat and assisted with our luggage. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the infinity pool added a touch of luxury to our stay. we particularly enjoyed the massages that targeted all our tension spots.
